The land on the Velika plaža beach is located in Ulcinj Riviera. The central part of the Riviera is the city of Ulcinj, which is the southernmost settlement in Montenegro, and it is known as the city with the highest number of sunny days per year. Ulcinj is located at 65 km from Budva, and 80km from the capital of Montenegro, Podgorica. New York Times in 2010, included Velika plaža as one of the 31 places in the world to visit ("The 31 Places to go").
Velika plaža (The Great Beach in translation) is one of the most popular vacation spots in Montenegro. The plot is in one piece, and is situated between the main road leading from the town of Ulcinj to the Velika plaža and the beach itself. Land area is about 94,000 m2.
The plot is located directly on the 13 km-long sandy beach. Velika plaža is one of the greatest natural beauties of Montenegro, and its width of about 200m in front of the plot makes this location perfect for a modern complex designed for families, couples or friends looking for a fun and active vacation.
Diverse flora and fauna of the site, a freshwater lake and the sheer size of the land with numerous amenities of the future complex will offer guests the ability to simply enjoy the outdoors, or use one of the many entertainment opportunities.
